Kwa ufupi: tunahifadhi taarifa unazoweka kwenye Biashara Zangu ili mfumo ufanye kazi kwenye simu na kompyuta zako zote. Hatuuzi data yako, hatuweki matangazo, na unaweza kufuta akaunti yako wakati wowote.

1. Sisi ni nani

Biashara Zangu ni mfumo wa kusimamia mauzo, stoo, madeni, matumizi, invoice na wafanyakazi wa biashara. Unapatikana kwenye biasharazangu.com na kama app ya Android kwenye Google Play. Umetengenezwa na kuendeshwa na Ommy Tech ("sisi"). Sera hii inahusu tovuti na app zote mbili.

2. Taarifa tunazohifadhi

• Akaunti yako: namba ya simu, jina lako na nafasi yako (mmiliki au muuzaji).
• PIN yako: haihifadhiwi kama ilivyo. Tunahifadhi alama yake iliyosimbwa (hash) tu, kwa hiyo hata sisi hatuwezi kuiona.
• Taarifa za biashara: jina, mkoa, aina ya biashara, simu, na ukipenda TIN, anwani na maelezo ya malipo yanayoonekana kwenye invoice zako.
• Kumbukumbu za biashara: bidhaa na stoo, mauzo, risiti, invoice, oda, matumizi, madeni na malipo yake, ofa, maduka na wafanyakazi.
• Wateja wako: majina na namba za simu unazoweka ili kuwauzia au kufuatilia madeni.
• Usalama: idadi ya majaribio ya PIN yaliyokosewa, ili kufunga namba kwa muda mtu akibahatisha PIN.
• Kifurushi na malipo: tarehe za majaribio na kifurushi. Ukilipia kupitia tovuti, tunahifadhi namba ya simu uliyolipia, kiasi, kifurushi na hali ya malipo. Malipo ndani ya app ya Google Play hayafanyiki.

3. Tunavyotumia taarifa hizi

• Kukuwezesha kuingia na kutumia mfumo, na kusawazisha data kati ya vifaa vyako na wafanyakazi wako.
• Kulinda akaunti yako (kufunga namba baada ya PIN kukosewa mara nyingi).
• Kukupa msaada unapotuomba, na kusimamia kifurushi chako.
• Kukuandalia ripoti ya mwezi, ila tu kama umewasha "Ripoti kwa Biashara Zangu" kwenye Mipangilio. Unaweza kuizima wakati wowote.

Hatutumii data yako kwa matangazo, na mfumo hautumii huduma za kufuatilia watumiaji (analytics) za watu wengine.

4. Inahifadhiwa wapi

Data inahifadhiwa kwenye database ya Supabase (seva zilizoko Ulaya), na kurasa za mfumo zinatolewa na Google Firebase Hosting. Mawasiliano yote yanapita kwa njia salama (HTTPS). Kila biashara inaona data yake tu; sheria za database (row-level security) zinazuia mtu kuona data ya biashara nyingine. Pia, nakala ya data ya biashara yako huhifadhiwa kwenye kifaa chako ili mfumo ufanye kazi hata bila mtandao.

5. Nani anaiona

• Wewe na timu yako: mmiliki anaona data yote ya biashara; wauzaji wanaona kulingana na ruhusa walizopewa na mmiliki.
• Ommy Tech: wasimamizi wa mfumo wanaona orodha ya biashara, namba za simu za wamiliki na hali ya vifurushi, kwa ajili ya msaada na malipo. Muhtasari wa mauzo unaonekana kwetu tu kama umewasha ripoti ya mwezi.
• Watoa huduma: Supabase (database), Google (hosting) na Snippe (malipo kupitia tovuti tu) wanashughulikia data kwa niaba yetu, kwa ajili ya kazi hizo tu.
• Sheria: tunaweza kutoa taarifa pale tu tunapolazimishwa na sheria.

Hatuuzi wala kukodisha data yako kwa mtu yeyote.

6. Unapotuma kitu wewe mwenyewe

Ukibonyeza "Tuma risiti", "Tuma ripoti", WhatsApp, SMS au "Piga simu", mfumo unafungua app nyingine uliyochagua ili wewe utume taarifa hiyo. Kinachotumwa na kwa nani ni uamuzi wako.

7. Muda wa kuhifadhi na kufuta akaunti

Tunahifadhi data yako kwa muda wote akaunti yako ipo. Unaweza kufuta akaunti yako mwenyewe:

• Ndani ya app au tovuti: Zaidi → Futa akaunti yangu (au Mipangilio → Usalama).
• Au omba tukufutie: tazama biasharazangu.com/delete-account.

Mmiliki akifuta akaunti, biashara anazomiliki peke yake zinafutwa pamoja na data yake yote mara moja. Muuzaji akifuta akaunti, anaondolewa kwenye biashara; mauzo aliyorekodi yanabaki kwa mmiliki bila jina lake la akaunti. Nakala za akiba za mfumo, kama zipo, hufutwa ndani ya siku 30.

8. Watoto

Biashara Zangu ni kwa ajili ya wafanyabiashara wenye umri wa miaka 18 au zaidi. Hatukusanyi kwa makusudi taarifa za watoto.

9. Mabadiliko ya sera hii

Tukibadilisha sera hii tutasasisha tarehe iliyo juu. Mabadiliko makubwa tutayatangaza ndani ya mfumo.

In short: we store what you enter into Biashara Zangu so the system works across all your phones and computers. We don't sell your data, show ads, and you can delete your account at any time.

1. Who we are

Biashara Zangu is a system for managing a business's sales, stock, debts, expenses, invoices and staff. It is available at biasharazangu.com and as an Android app on Google Play. It is built and run by Ommy Tech ("we"). This policy covers both the website and the app.

2. Information we store

• Your account: phone number, your name and your role (owner or seller).
• Your PIN: never stored as entered. We keep only a one-way hash of it, so even we cannot see it.
• Business details: name, region, business type, phone and, if you choose, TIN, address and payment details shown on your invoices.
• Business records: products and stock, sales, receipts, invoices, orders, expenses, debts and payments, offers, shops and staff.
• Your customers: names and phone numbers you add to sell to them or track debts.
• Security: the number of wrong PIN attempts, to lock a number for a while when someone guesses PINs.
• Plan and payments: trial and plan dates. If you pay on the website we store the paying phone number, amount, plan and payment status. No payments happen inside the Google Play app.

3. How we use it

• To let you sign in and use the system, and to sync data between your devices and your staff.
• To protect your account (locking a number after too many wrong PINs).
• To support you when you ask, and to manage your plan.
• To prepare a monthly report, only if you turn on "Reports for Biashara Zangu" in Settings. You can turn it off at any time.

We don't use your data for advertising, and the system uses no third-party analytics or tracking.

4. Where it is stored

Data is stored in a Supabase database (servers in Europe), and the system's pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Each business sees only its own data; database rules (row-level security) stop anyone from reading another business's data. A copy of your business data is also kept on your device so the system works offline.

5. Who can see it

• You and your team: the owner sees all of the business's data; sellers see what the owner allows.
• Ommy Tech: system administrators see the list of businesses, owners' phone numbers and plan status, for support and billing. A sales summary is visible to us only if you turn on the monthly report.
• Service providers: Supabase (database), Google (hosting) and Snippe (payments on the website only) process data on our behalf, only for those tasks.
• The law: we may disclose information only where the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

6. When you share something yourself

When you tap "Send receipt", "Send report", WhatsApp, SMS or "Call", the system opens another app you choose so that you send it. What is sent, and to whom, is your decision.

7. Retention and deleting your account

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself:

• In the app or website: More → Delete my account (or Settings → Security).
• Or ask us to delete it: see biasharazangu.com/delete-account.

When an owner deletes their account, the businesses they own alone are deleted immediately with all their data. When a seller deletes their account, they are removed from the business; sales they recorded stay with the owner without their account name. System backups, if any, are erased within 30 days.

8. Children

Biashara Zangu is meant for business people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect children's information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Major changes will be announced inside the system.
